BFAC takes the beach! Join us for a day of relaxation and figure drawing in the sand. We will provide snacks, drawing boards, newsprint, and pencils for our group to draw 2 different models (in bathing suits). Enjoy this fun summer-themed figure drawing session with other BFAC members, or bring friends who aren’t members (yet!). After the live-model-drawing part of the day, paint some seascapes, or just enjoy the company of the rest of the group and take a dip in the ocean. It will be a fantastic day-trip, without a doubt!

Details:

Once registered, you will receive the location (it’s about 1 hour away). You will also be prompted to fill out a transportation poll, where you can state if you plan to drive and whether or not you’re willing to drive others, if you need a ride, or if you plan to take the commuter rail (which the beach is accessible by).

Loose schedule:

11:00-2:00 figure drawing (basic materials provided)

3:00-6:00 plein air seascape painting (*bring your own materials)
