Take a break from your day, sit with paper, pencil, model, and soft music as the instructor guides you through an hour (or 2!) of meditative drawing. DaM is using the activity of drawing from a model to focus one's mind, and allow daily anxieties to drop away in a supportive, warm, artistic environment. The instructor is there to remind you to experience the process rather than worry about the product of your drawing, to have compassion for yourself as you observe and record your perceptions on paper.
