Join us for Wednesday night medium poses! After a few 5 minute warm-ups we proceed with 20 minute poses for the rest of the evening
for one block of posing, we will turn off the music. Silence can trigger the release of stress-reducing hormones, which can help creativity flourish and enhance cognitive activity! come and see if it works for you, and then enjoy the rest of the night with ambient music.
Lighting and poses are selected to accentuate the musculoskeletal structure of the human form. All levels welcome.
